Our recruitment processes

We start with short screening calls with candidates that match the basic job requirements. We briefly discuss experience, expectations, motivation, salary expectations, etc. If we feel there is a match, we set up a first interview with the team leader and HR.

At this point we may request additional documentation before we proceed with an offer. This can include:

• a copy of their diploma;

• proof of residence and work permit;

• a recent payslip; and/or

• recent references.

HR presents an offer to the final candidate.

The whole process ideally takes 2 to 4 weeks.

When evaluating a candidate, we only judge her/his qualities for the job and not any other personal characteristics. We specifically avoid discrimination based on race, nationality, sex, sexual preference, gender identity, age, religion, personal ability, social status or political preferences.
