Recruitment Processes

We start with short screening invitations with candidates who meet the basic job requirements. We briefly discuss experience, expectations, motivation, salary expectations, etc.
If we feel there is a match, we set up an initial interview with the team leader and HR.

At this point we may request additional documentation before proceeding with an offer. This may include:

The whole process ideally takes 2 to 4 weeks.

When evaluating a candidate, we only judge his/her qualifications for the job and not any other personal characteristics.
